Sponsorship Opportunities

The North Dallas Chamber of Commerce, with sponsorship from its membership, plans and executes various networking opportunities, membership luncheons, educational conferences/seminars, golf classic and communications pieces.

Below is a listing of many of the opportunities available exclusively to chamber members along with cost and benefits of sponsorship. As you look over the listing, consider what opportunities for your company could result by involvement and commitment at the sponsorship level.

Networking Opportunities
The North Dallas After Hours and A.M. Exchange are the NDCC's quarterly membership networking programs hosted at a member business. Hosts provide the site and food and beverages. Alcohol is served at North Dallas After Hours.

Recognition in chamber printed, emailed and faxed materials & website
The opportunity to have brief program at the event

Communication Materials
Sponsorship of the weekly email newsletter and chamber calendar. Includes premium listing on all emails distributed electronically to chamber members via e-mail and listing on the printed
version of the calendar distributed at chamber events and meetings. Cost is $4000 for 12 months.

Benefits:
Advertisement space on calendar (front side only on fax calendars, front and back for printed
calendars distributed at chamber events and inside of monthly correspondence)
Average distribution is 150 calendars by fax and 500 calendars through monthly correspondence and chamber events

Advertising on weekly e-mail newsletter only, listing upcoming meetings and events, is distributed electronically to all chamber members via e-mail. Cost $25 per week, with a three-time minimum.

Opportunity to advertise to membership base
Average distribution is over 2100

Breakfast-Luncheon Meetings/Conferences & Seminars
The chamber hosts conferences, seminars and forums each year on a variety of business topics including: Aviation, Business Technology, Economic Outlook, Education, Growth Capital, Human Resources, Health Care,Transportation, Real Estate, Telecommunications and a breakfast with the Mayor of Dallas. These events attract hundreds of executives and managers from across the Metroplex and beyond. Cost is $3500 for gold sponsorships/ $2500 for silver sponsorships. Exhibit tables and break sponsorships are available at some events.

Benefits:
Recognition on all event publicity; invitation, signage and program credit
8 tickets to the event
Distribution of company materials at the event
Participation in the selection of speakers and event planning committee
List of event attendees

Golf Classic
Annual golf classic benefits the Dallas Police Department and the Dallas Park & Recreation Department. Sponsorships at the silver, gold, platinum and diamond levels. Entitle sponsors to foursomes and a range of benefits. For information contact Carol Short at 214-368-6992.

Building Business Expo
The chamber's Building Business Expo is designed to promote businesses of all sizes. This event is open to the public and there is no charge to attend. Sponsorships are available for $3500. Event sponsors receive prime booth space, logo on all promotional material and the opportunity to present a 30-minute seminar at the event. Booths are $250 for NDCC members and $400 for non-members.
