25+ years in management, marketing, sales and operations management in large National & International Facility Management related service programs. Direct management of a facility operating staff of 125 in owner occupied facilities totaling over 12 million square feet in North Texas. In-depth management and technical knowledge in all facets of facility operations, including HVAC, system design, energy conservation programs, building systems maintenance and repair, optimization of maintenance criteria, LAN/WAN maintenance and support, space planning, move management, custodial services, landscaping and labor relations interface requirements. Developed and implemented performance based contracts' methodology, including customer quality measurement metrics for large national and international clients.
