torts and other commercial law claims;
- Protecting intellectual property, including disputes involving trademarks,
trade secrets, nondisclosure and non-compete agreements;
- Representing and advising various entities in construction law disputes;
- Representing and advising employers in employment matters involving
Federal and state employment statutes as well as state law tort claims;
- Representing and advising landlords in disputes with tenants;
- Representing brokerage houses in arbitrations involving customer disputes;
and
- Handling federal and state court appeals in various commercial and
employment disputes.
