Charlie Fisher
Vice President, Human Resources, FedEx Kinko's

Charles Fisher IIII joined FedEx Kinko's in April 1999 as Director of Human Resources, Eastern Division, in Atlanta. He currently serves as Vice President Human Resources for U.S. Field Operations, where his key focus is managing organizational change and operational effectiveness.

Charlie assisted in creating the current human resources team, which is aligned with business and operations management. His strategic insight resulted in significant cost savings and reduced headcount.

Charlie's experience includes 17 years in the textile industry with various manufacturing operations in the apparel and automotive markets. In addition, Charlie brings more than 25 years of total human resources experience. He spent five years at Gateway Computers, where he served as Director of Human Resources for Global Manufacturing.

Originally from Salisbury, N.C., Charlie attended Wingate College and North Carolina State University majoring in Textile Technology. He was also selected to attend the Young Executives Institute at the University of North Carolina.Charlie, his wife Kathy and his two daughters, Cameron and Kristen live in Dallas.
