Jay Denny
Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, Wells Fargo Bank

Jay Denny is a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for the North Dallas Commercial Banking Offices of Wells Fargo.

With almost 20 years of commercial banking experience, Mr. Denny leads the commercial middle-market banking and financial services activity in the North Dallas area.

Mr. Denny joined Wells Fargo in 2001 as a credit manager in the Phoenix and Tucson Regional Commercial Banking Offices. Before joining Wells Fargo, Mr. Denny was a SVP at Bank of America where he managed Phoenix Commercial Banking and the Agribusiness Banking Division for the Southwest U.S. He also spent several years specializing in turnarounds and workouts for the Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas markets.

Prior to banking, Mr. Denny spent several years in various management positions with Gulf Consolidated, Inc., in Houston, Texas. Mr. Denny owned and operated new and used automobile dealerships in Nebraska and South Dakota and remains active in the family ranching business in Wyoming.

Mr. Denny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness and a Master of Business Administration degree.

In March 2003, Mr. Denny relocated to the North Dallas area with his wife, Beverly from Phoenix Arizona. Mr. Denny's community involvements in Arizona included Director, Arizona National Livestock Show, Director, Chandler Compadres, Valley of the Sun United Way, Boys & Girls Clubs of the East Valley and is a former member of the Agricultural Committee of the Arizona Banker's Association.

Since returning to Texas, Mr. Denny has been involved in many community and professional organizations. Currently, he is a leader in the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce Membership Committee, is an active member of the Public Affairs Committee, the Dallas Technology Business Council and is a member of the Mosaic Community Relations Council.
